Great people,very good location in city center,nice hotel.
We had a falsealarme on the night, but got ouer money back for that night from "The good night guarenty" So that was really good. And we had a lovley stay (took a bath and looked on the television at the same time) 🙂
The bed!! And the location, good bar and food available, very friendly staff. Close to tube station. Good selection of restaurants and takeaway available after a long.day walking round london. Some great sights all within walking distance to the hotel

We liked the Hallowe’en touches – they weren’t ‘corporate’, and were just amateur enough to look like the staff had troubled to do it themselves to please their customers.

Very clean, good sized room with very comfortable bed and good ensuite facilities. Towels changed daily. The location of the apartment was perfect, could not get enough of the views surrounding the apartment. The facilities included in the apartment from the function rooms (gym, pool etc.) of the apartment where beyond more than expected. It’s everything you could possibly ask for in a leisure trip.
