Clean and tidy, convenient, excellent view, close shops, easy to get around with tram at the front door.
I was slightly concerned when approaching the area/building, as it didn’t look like the place for such a highly rated property, but I needn’t have been. This isn’t a "hotel" with a reception, but rather a very well appointed bachelor/studio apartment and Katarina goes out of her way to make sure she’s available to meet you and hand over the keys. Absolutely fantastic advice from Katarina on where to buy the best gelato, watch the sunset (NOT at the sea organ) and where to go to get the best Italian food.

Our plane was 18 hrs late, but they were easy to communicate with, monitored our flight, made sure the taxi picked us up at the airport, held our room and gave us late check out. They were wonderful in helping us out! And: Wonderful breakfast selections! Comfy bed. contemporary styling in room. relatively quiet when window was closed--The street the hotel is on is a major thoroughfare. But, you are right in the midst of a very busy, populous city.
Very clean, air conditioning, refrigerator, modern bathroom. Overall, it was perfect. Lovely view from the room as well.

We stayed on one of the executive floors, having access to the executive lounge which was excellent for drinks and breakfast and the views superb One of the staff who really went above and beyond; Marg, was excellent in meeting all of our needs and was also very informative. Rooms are expensive, but that is just Shanghai has amazing views of the city; certainly get a room with a Pudong view
Over all staycation is excellent. My family are well Enjoy our Staycation. Thank you very much.
