The location is decent, only a 20min walk to the centre Right next to a team stop that takes you to the centre and to the train station Easy to get to the airport
The room was quite spacious, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very nice. The location is great, in old town but far enough from the noise (and still, 5 minutes walk to other attractions in old town). Trams nearby, train station is 8-10 minutes of really pleasant walk.

Hotel is located 10minutes walk from Hoan Kiem lake, in the center of the tourist area. Friendly and prepared staff, speak English. Clean room with fridge, tv and aircon. Hot water does not work very well. Room with balcony. No elevator many stairs.
