The hotel is easy to get to from the train station and has great shuttles to the airport n Disneyland. Concierge was friendly and efficient. There was a Lawson (convenience store) in the hotel itself which was very convenient.
Great location views of the Vatican square from our room, amazing friendly staff really helpful and welcoming. Room very comfortable and very clean.
Bed was comfortable, ensuite bathroom and room pleasant decor and clean. Lots of towels and toiletries. Check in staff friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast delivered cheerfully and exactly at 8 am as ordered.
We first want to thank the host/reception who was very friendly and helpful in checking us in/out and offering us recommendations for our visit. We also particularly like the location and the facilities from the hotel. Tram lines, bus stops (for airport express) are neary by and it is very easy to walk to museum quarter and old town. All in all a nice place to rest in a beautiful city.

The room was comfortable and clean and the staff when I checked in and out were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is a short walk from Paddington which was convenient.
I don’t drink coffee. The location is excellent for St Pancras International, which is why I booked it. The self-service breakfast room was basic but clean with a fair range of products.
