It is an old palazzo. Very scenic. In Autumn-Winter you get the real Venice feeling (Aqua alta…..) :). High value for money.

A beautiful casual and clean apartment in stunning setting, romantic and full of history and culture.
Ceilings high and cool in the apartment. The communal sitting areas were so stylish and beautiful
Stay the night in an authentic accommodation with the luxury of today. Situated in a more quiet part of town close to San Marco square.
the on;y word for this place is stunning, the 14 century building made our stay in Venice complete, classic Venice architecture with high ceilings, it was amazing.
Bed was very comfy – we booked two rooms and stayed one night on route to Alicante and liked it so much we booked again for a stop over on the way back If traveling with children ask for connecting rooms it made life so much easier for us
