Modern, clean and comfortable hotel close to local attractions
Situated close enough to thapae gate. The lobby look fresh and comfy and the room is pretty nice for the price. Staff was very nice, polite and helpful.
Friendly, attentive staff always willing to assist. Location good for city walkabouts. No lift but we were located on 2nd floor, so it wasn’t a challenge. Mini bar with water and few beverages were complimentary.
The location of the property is excelent – right next to the Phae Gate. The reception staff was over the top – they did they best to answear all of my questions and they gave me detailed information about tourist attractions in and nearby Chiang Mai
It was near tape gate so that quiet comprotable to move around chiangmai and there are lot of travel agency near tape gate. The hotel was clean and mordern, looks like it was built recently. At night time there was a guide man out side of hotel and a staff open the door from the inside, which made me feel more safe! Staffes are kind and helpful. Thay can speak eng fluently. Everthing was good to stay.

Very bright, clean hotel. Staff were very helpful, polite and friendly. We left early for the airport one morning and they had packed us up breakfast to take with us! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Quiet given the location. I’m walking distance to the night market and the gate.
Lady who served the breakfast was very friendly, near the old city centre and main street towards the night bazaar.
The hotel is really nice and clean. Very comfortable. The staff is really nice and kind and ready to help. It is located in a very quiet street but very close to taphae gate. A very good option and much nicer that other hotels we saw.
Apartment was very spacious (2 double rooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge) and clean. We were met in person at San Angelo vaporetto stop. Property is about 1-2 mins walk from there. Convenient location for San Marco, Rialto. Staff responsive by SMS message.
