The staff was absolutely great! Very helpful and welcoming. The bed was super comfortable. Hotel was in a great location, within a couple blocks from the main train station and both subway lines as well as public buses. Wasn’t noisy and felt very safe.
Staff were really friendly and particularly helpful. We were contacted prior to our visit to see if we had any particular highlights of Rome we wanted to visit, to help us organise our time there. I was celebrating a special birthday and they had put a bottle of fizz in the fridge for us to help the celebrations – a lovely touch!
