Modern, large, spacious & light apartment. Well equipped kitchenette. Comfortable seating/ dining area. Located in the heart of the CBD, easily walkable to all shops, cafes, restaurants & museums. Friendly, welcoming staff. On a busy city street, but room & building were very quiet. Great black out curtains.

my wife,her daughter and her 3 year old daughter,from thailand stayed at the hotel,the rooms were excellent and clean,the facilities ie,kitchen,were excellent,the daily cleaning service was appreciated and the people at reception and all staff were all of a very high standard. the location in melbourne was excellent,so close to china town,the central business district,shopping centres,things to go and see within walking distance or by tram.we would have no concerns of recommending the oak son lonsdale to any future traveller to melbourne,sure just beats living in a normal hotel.thank you "oaks on lonsdale "
The location was fantastic – on the edge of town and closer to suburbs, parks and China town.

The beds were good and apartment very spacious. Location was good.
Our first room we had, had an awful smell coming from the drains which is sometimes normal as I get that in my own home. However it was making me nauseous. Hotel staff were at our room within 2 mins of complaining and tried to fix it. We were then advised we could move room if it doesn’t go away. An hour later we decided to move rooms which the hotel staff were happy to do for us. Good service
