The location was convenient to the train station and restaurants. The staff was also very helpful before my arrival in recommending and booking a restaurant.

Location amazing and within easy walking distance of most major sights. Also very close to Santa Maria Novella train station (a little over 5 mins with suitcases). Warm welcome from Olga who provided some good information about nearby sights. Room was double the size of many other B&B’s we stayed in during our Italy trip and included plenty of seating. Breakfast not provided but lots of snacks and drinks were placed in a basket in the room each day. Would stay again when next in Florence.

We stayed at Novella House last month. The location of the house is very convenient to reach any city’s attractions. Owner Francesco speaks fluently in English and he is willing to help in many ways. The suite is fully equipped with a mini kitchenette and you can prepare your own breakfast or dinner. Overall, It was a very pleasant stay, worth to recommend.
Room is big and beautiful. The host is very friendly and willing to help.
Breakfast nibbles were great and location was fab staff were very helpful& polite!
The Florentine old world charm of our room and yet everything you need. Breakfast not included but Francisco and Olga put a lovely basket of goodies. We also had a wonderful lavazo coffee machine in the room. We didn’t want to leave!
Olga and her brother were very welcoming and really helpful. They prepared the room for us to check in earlier as we had a small baby with us. They helped carrying the bags in the room and kept our bags for a few hours after we check out. Very well located. We’ll come back!
