The hotel is almost in the city center, walking distance to tourist attraction, restaurant, shopping places. Hotel staffs are nice and helpful.
The location of the hotel was very good! Inside the room there was everything we needed. It was very comfortable that it was possible to have breakfast in the same building. The breakfast was very good. Wi-fi worked very well.

Amazing location very near the main sights and on a lively street with a nice local feel too – a jazz club and a supermarket next door for instance. Staff are really helpful and efficient and provide really valuable help especially for a first time visitor. Room was comfortable and modern and very good value for money for such a central area.
Staff were extremely helpful with things that were not associated with the hotel (flight bookings, instructions that were ONLY in Russian, directions around St Petersburg)
