I liked the price. I sleep well, cause pillow was good!
Peaceful location close to park. Easy metro access. Good spa facilities. Swimming pool excellent. When we arrived room provided not ideal as needed to be accessed with lift which I don’t use. Moved the following day to lower floor and very happy. Wi-Fi connection good. House keepers very efficient and kind. Reservation staff very helpful in all areas.
It was comfy and a well made room with everything you need.

Отлично,что есть бассейн – это возможность взбодриться с утра по-раньше. Посещение бассейна входит в стоимость оплаты номера. Хотя, когда бронировала номер об этом не знала.Так что для меня это приятная неожиданность. Рада, что не остановилась на Невском проспекте. Отсюда прогулочным шагом можно туда добраться. Прибыла в Питер, чтобы им полюбоваться. До Дворцовой площади можно пешком. До Петергофа, чтобы посмотреть роскошь парка, проще и быстрее проехать на метро до станции Автово, затем сесть на маршрутное такси 404, 424 (стоимость проезда 75 руб.) и доехать до остановки ул.Правленческая (ехать минут 30) и в парке.
Хочу выразить искреннюю благодарность всему персоналу отеля. Мы были у Вас в гостях со 2.10 – 5.10.2017. Все было идеально. И обслуживание, и чистота в номерах и в холле. Мы очень довольны! Ждите нас в гости еще раз!
Хороший отель.Чисто,тихо,бельё меняли без всякой просьбы. Свой бассейн-бесплатно.Минут 10 до метро.На обращения реагируют сразу: плохо стала уходить вода в душе -позвонил сразу устранили. Вресторане не завтракал,сказать ни чего не могу.На 6-м этаже своя часовня!
