The staff went above and beyond arranging my transportation from IST airport to the hotel. This was done in less than 12hours before I arrived. Hats off to the team, highly recommended.
Everything was great about this hotel. The location, staff, the room, facilities. The room was very nice and spacious and are cleaned every day. There is a small grocery store across the hotel that opens till 1 am, very convenient if you crave a small snack at night. I will definitely stay here again in my next visit to Istanbul.
Location is just near Sirkeci Tram stop with lots of restaurants and shops around. The hotel is very close to most attractions. Room is tidy and clean with an average size as well as the bathroom. Staff are friendly helpfull and polite.
Indoor swimming pool with sauna and hamam, good varieties of breakfast buffet, small but cozy and comfortable guest room with bathtub and good facilities, helpful stuffs.
Good location. Helpful staff, very clean, delicious breakfast and afternoon tea which is included in the price. The inhouse hummam is a treat and very relaxing, we also had a spa treatment which was excellent. The hotel’s airport shuttle was great because it’s a nice big car for all our luggage and didn’t rip us off like most of the taxis in Istanbul.
The best thing in this Hotel is its central yet quiet location. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Great location, very close to all popular sites, 5 min walk to the tram line, 10 min walk to Blue Mosque, Fully furnished rooms, clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. The staff were helpful and friendly. Everything was great, I would definitely stay here again.
Awesome location, in the middle of Sultanahmet. Close to Aya Sofia, Sultan Ahmed mosque and Grand bazar. It has a brilliant staff group. The breakfast has variety of foods and they put a snack meal afternoon.
The bed was very comfortable and I slept like a log all nights. The location was just perfect with just a short walk to everything. The WiFi was really fast and stable.
