The room was clean although a bit small. What I love the most is the bathroom. It looks tiny but surprisingly comfy to use. The water pressure was great and the hot water was always running. The location was just nearby the backpackers area with loud cafes and bars. Perfect for those who seek for some fun at the city
Location was good and the beds were really comfy, receptionist was very helpful, wifi was good, provide daily cleaning. They also allowed us to print our flight details which was really helpful, they also sent many emails to advise us of location and what to do when we arrive.
Location is close enough to the main roads, but far enough to be quiet at night. Wi-fi was very fast. Bed was comfortable.
Staff was excellent and very helpful. Air conditioning works well.
The Permanent Manager is a good man that knows Hospitality – he had to go to Hanoi – everything fell apart…the fill-in Manager is an ignorant / sleazy man…..they gave me a quote on an upgrade room – quoted me very low – then it me with the final Bill…THE LAUNDRY – "in -House" destroyed my Clothing – and when I showed them – ALL 3 STAFF MEMBERS LAUGHED ABOUT IT !!!! The cleaner did my room ONCE in 7 days – NEVER REPLACED TOILET PAPER / THEY CHARGE FOR BOTTLED WATER…….NEVER AGAIN
The location is great! Just behind the backpacker street and walking distance to lots of attraction! The staff is friendly and helpful!
LIKED NOTHING – the MANAGER that was on shift when I arrived – ANTOINE -was excellent -knows the Industry – EVERYONE ELSE COULD NOR SPEL HOSPEETALITEE ( mio joke )….sadly Antoine had to go to Hanoi – they left a rookie kid in charge – KNOWS nothing – not her fault…MANAGER THERE NOW IS A TRUE SLIMY PERSON….JUST LEAVE YOURN PASSPORT HERE…it will be safe …uh -huh ROOM CLEANED ONCE IN 6 days !!??NO TOILET PAPER FOR 3 DAYS……DESTROYED MY CLOTHING with their "Laundry service."…and laughed about it !!!!!!!
Really good location. Bathroom was really nice. Room small but perfectly fine. Good TV with movie channels.
EVERYTHING….I would call this Hotel "GENUINE BOUTIQUE" Friendly Personal service and the rooms are spotlessly clean -as well as being in perfect working order……It’s a true OASIS – and so badly needed after the sub-standard garbage usually offered by BOOKING dot com
