The pool was pleasant and the decor of the room – though the sofa was ripped – was colorful, mid-century, and practical.

I stayed here for almost two weeks and had a great time. The apartment was very clean and very comfortable upon my arrival with high speed WIFI. The location is fantastic. It couldn’t be any better. It’s within walking distance to Patio Bellavista and Ave. PioNoNo where there are many bars, restaurants and discos. It’s within walking distance to el cerro, and the zoo. The neigborhood and property is very safe and there is security at the entrance to the property which is nice also. It’s close to the river and some parks, and about 30 minutes to walk to Centro. The subway is also close by so you can move easily in the city. Ignacio, the owner is a very good man. He was extremely hospitable, and very friendly ready to help with whatever you might need. I will stay here again if I come back to Santiago. Definitely reccommended! 10/10!
Everything. The apartment was situated five minutes from the Alcazar and two minutes from the cathedral, in the heart of the old town, well situated for the bars and restaurants. The apartment was superb, beautifully furnished with a welcome drink, free apples and soft drinks provided. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast in the sister hotel a short walk away which was very good value for 8 euros. Even better for us we could park our motorbike outside the door.

The breakfast is very simple, some yoguhrt and muffins out of a fridge. So it’s not a real breakfast per se. But besides that, the hotel is very recommended. Very modern ambiente, comfy beds. Everything is very clean. The metro station is in walking distance and then it only takes 10 minutes to go to the city center.
Everyone was super kind and helpful. Really big hostal but it was constantly being cleaned which was great. Great location. Great breakfast. Superfast wifi! Hot showers. Pool table. Great atmosphere. Nicolas, Lara and Sabrina from the front desk were wonderful and very helpful and professional!

The staff were superb. We asked the staff if we could heat some leftovers from earlier and they heated it for us. They upgraded our room at no additional charge. The breakfast was great with many options.

The apartment had two huge, nicely decorated rooms, well equipped kitchenette in one of them. Beds were very comfortable. Only 10 min walk from the railway station; train from the airport to the railway station takes 17 min. 10 min walk to the old town (intramuros). 3rd floor without lift was good exercise 🙂 Really nice apartment, could come back. Cracow is really interesting, for all ages. Much to see, safe, very good value for money.
