It was a horrible stay. The room was like a jail cell. It had no furniture except bed. The place was very noisy. The other guests were very loud and we had no reception or some staff to complain. We could hear everything from other rooms since the walls were of cardboard i guess. I never imagined this much pathetic rolm in my life time.
The rooms are nice and clean, they have a bed and are pretty comfy, central location and easy that was. The staff are nice, the ones you talk with on the phone. decent price. Room was nice and war and had a closet and a table and two small night tables…Bathroom not so clean, but shower had hot water. Other guests vomited in the sink and didn’t clean it. No washing lady came to clean until regular check out clean. The other guests were noisy and smoked in the rooms when it said on booking that whole building were non- smoking. We were bothered by the cigarette smoke and non ability to use the sink in the bathroom. We ourselves respected the communal space and we found it strange the other guests didn’t.
The girl who took me from one hostel to the other spoke excellent English and tried her best.
Was horrible. Nothing at all to do with the fotos from booking. Was not even one thing that i liked in that hostel. None
Only location is close to the center, but there is no any sign and instruction to find this location
Location and price are the only things this place is worth to choose. If you want some more I don’t recommend this place.
The location is the only advantage of this hostel.
If you have choice between a night on airport/railway station and in Metro Guest House, let’s book a room. It’s really close to Warsaw Central Station and you can come there at any time, as you will get sms code instead of normal keys.
Walking distance from Warsaw’s main bus/train station. WiFi worked well.
The location was perfect. Me and my husband loved having a huge suit to ourselves. And the hospitality of the staff was great!
