We loved the layout of the hotel. Very modern, super clean and the rooms are so nice. Especially the newly renovated shower. It was very quiet and relaxing stopover.
The hotel at all was perfect. It’s only 10 minutes Walking to Capitol mall. The room is big enough also the bathroom. The main dishes in Breakfast buffet was changed daily, also u can choose from variety of food. Staff was helpful. Room service was was good.

The hotel is particularly clean. The staff is very kind and helpful. Mr. Kenan who was the on duty manager was a very professional and caring person. He took the time to know me and ask me on several occasions if everything was up to par.
I Like mercure hotel, this my second time being there. and i looking to be there in my next trips to istanbul.
I liked the location to the highway. The location is good, some great places to eat nearby. Getting a taxi, bus etc. is very easy.
