Staffs are friendly, helpful, and make beds everyday.
we were allocated room 206 and in the morning whilst having a shower I slipped due to the liquid soap making the base as slippery as an ice skating rink. I found that the desk manager has no customer skills as he does not make eye contact with the customers and converses very little. The female manager of the hotel is both friendly and caring . I cannot fault any of the other staff especially the housekeeping staff who are a credit to this hotel . This hotel is close to the main street for shopping , restaurants and transport. Totally recommend this hotel.

Loved it here so much I extended my stay twice. All of the staff were incredibly friendly. Vy is a great host, she went out of her way to help me on more than one occasion. The guesthouse is in the perfect location. A great base from which to see all of Hanoi, right in the middle of the busy and popular Old Quarter, but tucked away in a quiet and charming little alley. Best of both worlds. Sad to leave, but I’ll be back.
The staying is near Euljiro-3(sam)-ga subway station and really easy to get in by train from the airport. It’s not too far from others place-to-go in Seoul center such as Gyoeungbokgung, Myeodong shooping street, Hongdae area…
Amazing hosts and spotlesssly clean room! It was wayyyyy better than any hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Mario walked all the way into town to get my bags with me, he explained all that I needed to do in town and which are the best restaurants etc.. the owner of the place, Dr Nada was just charming! I loved this place and would recommend it to anyone visiting Zadar! It’s just around the corner from the best sunset and the piano! Thanks Nada, Mario and your beautiful family!!

Riad in Median close to centre of Marrakesh. Clean and very well run by Patrick and Ibtassim, with great breakfast and a fantastic recommendation to the nearby Hamam/Turkish Bath! Pretty rooftop terrace, and they were obliging about changing dates of our booking. The decor is delightful and authentic for a period riad.
