Neat and clean, good location, staffs were friendly
The room was huge, and the host was super helpful and friendly. And the location was great!
THE LOCATION. IT IS COMFORTABLE, SPACIOUS. GOOD ATTENTION.
The staff were amazing, from Reception to Housekeeping to Security. The apartment was spaceous and it had everything I needed, including lots of cupboard space. Nice big windows that let in the sun to provide a comfortable warm stay on the cold days we had during my stay. It is also conveniently situated close to the V&A Waterfront, , the Convention Centre and the new Chris Barnard Memorial Hospital. I felt very safe there, even returning late in the evenings from the hospital after the last visiting hours.

Quite Central to Puerto del Sol, the main square. 10 minutes walk to main galleries . Nearby supermarket enabled full shopping. The street can get a kittle noisy on Saturday nights but rear apartment bedrooms alleviate this. Great value, close to all. There’s also a luggage storage facility directly opposite if you need it
Great staff , make you feel very welcome . Not huge rooms but very cool vibe . Really good restaurant on the ground floor
I love the pet policy and the general vibe in the hotel. The Bluetooth speaker in the room was a very nice detail and bonus. The bed was very comfortable. The rooms were quiet and the style of the hotel felt very inspiring, clean, not too modern, but very much in time.

Marta was an excellent host, who waited for our arrival longer then expected without a problem. Apartment location was right in the historical part of Porto, 5 mins from the river bank and views on the Dom Luis I Bridge, the landmark of Porto. Apartment was of high quality, good toilet, good bed, good level of cleaniness, polite host, who told us about places to visit. Overall a very pleasant experience.
I loved having a warm welcome by the staff. They were always so lovely and attentive. Always asking if there is anything they could do.
