Our stay was convinient and the staff was really courteous the hotel was overall clean
really liked the fire place ---the gergig coffee maker--all was great
You have a huge terrace with sea view and a well equipped kitchen. Downstairs is a store where you find everything for your daily needs.
The spa was great, bed was huge and very comfy. Breakfast was good, eggs were best in South America trip – lots of options for those that have a sweet tooth. Staff were great and very friendly – very good in both Spanish or English. We had a room on 3rd floor next to road; but no issue with noise.

Delicious breakfast, helping and nice staff, comfortable bed, situated in the centre between the bus station and the castle.
Beds were great! Swimming pool and sauna was the best. Staff were very helpful.

The room very small for rhe miney value what we pay and its so congusted the beside room sounds are coming into the room and it was all noisyy couldnt sleep in the night ao frustrating

The location was ok if you want to visit the touristy area. It is nice having a view of the water on the boat.
The hotel is ideally located just in the middle of everything with steps away from all the major attractions and sights. The Hbf station is the main transport hub of the city – the location is very comfortable for travelling inside and out ot the city. The breakfast is just awesome with very good selection of cold and hot food. The rooms are big and modern. The stuff is very polite and helpful.
The rooms were quiet and comfortable, the shower hot and there was plenty of towels. The staff were friendly, polite and efficient. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay again.
Clean and comfortable accommodations near the MRT Rama IX station. On a quiet little local street but just a few blocks away from the hustle and bustle of the main roads and some great shopping complexes, it is out of the way, basic accommodations for a good price.
Everything was great. However we did not use the restaurant as we were at other functions
