My husband loved that the shower turned into a drying room. The kids loved having a bit of space to move around in. I was happy because everyone else was so happy and content. Best accommodation we had in Japan.
I accidentally cancelled the stay at this place and asked the management to retract the cancellation. The manager called me up the next day and offered me the apartment again without any additional costs! The apartment is clean and comfortable and i strongly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to come to kyoto. It is very near to kyoto mrt and even nearer to kujo station.
It was nice having a kitchen to cook (although the room didn’t come with any pans or pots) and a washing machine.

Modern, spacious, comfortable and clean. There was a washing machine in the apartment, and full kitchen facilities. One minute by train to the centre of Kyoto, made it a fabulous location and it was by far the cheapest accommodation we stayed in, whilst in Japan.
Very convenience place. Walk 10mins to Kyoto station. Couple convenient store around. Quiet and safe area. Can get a good rest after the day journey. Close to Kyoto station. So can travel easily to Osaka and Nara. Washing machine is great. And you can turn on the dryer function in bathroom for the clothes. Great for if you travel long period.

Great kitchen, great room, great big bathroom with drying room for clothes and nice washing-machine. Personnel is very sympathetic and helpfully. Localisation is very good, close to te main train station.
Spacious common area, breakfast, location near O’Connell bridge, major transport hubs. Elevator to upper floors.
