hopeless agents didnt even bother to call me about their absence not having to wait for my chk in. at least hv the decency to say u hv gone back instead of me coming all the from klia, with my 3 hr delayed flight fr japan (u may chk my reservation at kansai osaka previously) i hv informed them that i will reach there 10 pm & i tried to be early as possible of which i reached the property at 9.30 pm. they dont even hv the initiative to contact me to tell me that they hv gone back. instead i asked the security to recommend me other property agents there. the dismay of having to pay more after a vry tiring journey. plz hv the decency, responsibility to contact guests when u cant wait. fyi i called the property to confirm my time of arrival & they ecen call me back to reconfirm again
There were bed bugs. My friend got bitten all over.
Safe and standard older hotel. Location is good with fantastic and helpful staff. Looks like there is some renovation going on, hopefully new wing would help bring the hotel up to date.
Fast check in, fast check-out, nice tech, bed was spacious, shower was nice.
Service personnel are very good, very helpful, the environment is also very good, feel at home, it is worth staying!
The room has all the amenities I would want in a hotel room.
Hotel not far from JR Ueno station. Walk 3-5 min. Near minimart, restaurant, Ameyoko market. Bed is good comfortable. Have ice maker, Coin-op washing machine but have 1 only.
The meeter was at the property when we arrived and was very helpful
