Friendly staff and guests. Nice area in reception to chill by the fire. If you are looking to party it’s a great place.
Great kitchen to cook in, tv netfix room and communal areas are nice to relax in. Showers were clean ans hot. Hostel is in a really cool location and is always busy (has a good vibe). The staff are so helpful and welcoming. This hostel is really fun to stay at – would definatley recommend.
The staff are fantastic and very helpful. Herron particularly Peirce and Aaron were also great. The showers had hot water and the pressure was good. Great info for Santiago newbies

A great location and very friendly helpful staff. Do carry ear plugs. Which you would anyways if you stay at the backpackers. It’s so central and easy to get around.
In a great part of town, close to all the fun stuff of Bellavista. We had a private double room. It was comfortable and clean. Smelt a bit of pepper/pickled onions. Not sure why? But it wasn’t so bad that we needed to move. Maybe because we were next to the kitchen? Despite being near the kitchen, and close to lots of clubs and bars, it was really quiet in our area. You can still get a good night’s sleep. Great wifi connection in communal areas. Big hostel too so plenty of places to relax and chat with fellow guests, or be left to do your own thing. Kitchens well furnished too if you want to cook rather than eat out.

This place is pretty big so there are lots of areas to hang out and relax inside and outside. Lots of bathrooms too so you never have to be waiting. Its right next to Cerro San Cristóbal which is great to go walking up, and it’s also in the heart of Bellavista so there are lots of places to go out nearby. Breakfast is good but simple, fresh Chilean breads with butter/jam, tea and coffee. The staff are super helpful too and let me leave my bags in the luggage store while I did a quick trip to Valparaíso for a few days! They have tvs, pool table, Netflix, outside terraces, everything you could need.
