there is an old and new wind in the hotel & we stayed in both. I would recommend paying the extra USD$10-15 per night and book in the new wing – the rooms are fantastic. Old wing ok but rooms are smaller & tired and bathrooms not as good. this review is for the rooms in the new wing.

The property was lovely, beds comfortable, breakfast selection great, facilities including the pool were great but the most important factor was that the staff were so friendly and helpful.
Had a brilliant stress-free time at this hotel! The staff was absolutely amazing, giving above and beyond to help us with our stay and our further travel in Vietnam! The room was so clean, with big and very comfortable beds. The included breakfast was delicious with a wide selection of foods! Had a wonderful stay!
The place was clean and safe and lovely staff. The staff had heaps f knowledge and spoke English and explained a lot of locations and sights to see and visit. Also the breakfast buffet was excellent
The rooftop pool and gym are nice facilities to use, especially the pool when it can be so hot. The location isn’t terrible but it wasn’t walking distance to any of the places we wanted to visit, so we would take short taxi rides everywhere. Our room wasn’t that clean when we arrived & there was tissue stuffed in our smoke alarm (obviously a previous customer wanting to smoke in the room). Staff made the effort to fix this up for us though.
The rooms were nice also very impeccably clean and I loved the staff in the hotel , everyone very courteous and very friendly … made me immediately feel at home
There were great allergy info labels at the breakfast serving tables. Comfortable and cosy little hotel. Wonderful roof top pool with gym. Good views from the poolside were bonus!
