The hotel is quite new and the room is very big. And the staff are very very nice and enthusiastic, leaving a very good impression to me. Great location (not too far away from main train station and not too far away from Pontocho Area) Very modern place with traditional Japanese decorations. Bathroom and bathtub were one of the highlights – all traditional made from wood. Reception very friendly and always helpful! Would definitely go back if in Kyoto!

Hotel is very new, with excellent rooms. Probably the best rooms we have in 16 days around japan. Very large, clean and complete. Super. Location is convenient, close to subway and bus stop. Pretty central but in a residential area with no shops nor bar or restaurants (10/15 minutes by bus or metro and younare everywhere).
