The hotel is near both metro station and bus stop. The room size is bigger than other hotels in Japan. It also provides free drink and warm welcoming.
Rooms were quite big with very comfortable beds. Staff were very helpful.
There is a great library/sitting area on level 2 where breakfast is served in the morning or you can read or sit during the day.
The rooms were perfect in size and layout. All the devices were well equipped and thought out. Staff are really helpful and speak very good English. They anticipated our needs before we even needed them! Highly highly recommend!
We loved staying at this hotel! The service was truly helpful and offered us all a glass of wine when we were stranded in the hotel during a typhoon. Allowing us to order food into the hotel to have dinner inside. Really thoughtful.
Very clean and walking distance to Gion and downtown Kyoto. Friendly staff.
The staff are super nice, and the room is well designed and neat. The service is awesome, the crew will leave their name on the card after house keeping to clarify the responsibility. The location is great. There is a bus stop just in front of the hotel, and the subway is 5 minutes walk away. If you like shopping, the busiest district can be reached easily. (no matter walk or take a bus)
Breakfast (a different sandwich every day) was very good and good value for money
The staff were all very friendly, helpful and gave great tips of places to eat and see. I would especially mention Mike on reception for his recommendations and top levels of service.
