Impeccable. Brand new structure. Spacious and clean rooms with all amenities. Super central locations extremely well connected with buses and subway. Fantastic and helpful staff speaking multiple languages were incredibly helpful in recommending places to visit and eat. We highly recommend it.
The owner was extremely nice and helpful. We had booked a cot for our 15-month-old daughter, unfortunately the request was not seen by the hotel. Admitting their mistake, they offered us a much larger apartment where we could put two double beds together, so that she could safely sleep with us. The apartment was fantastic, large and very well equipped (including a washing machine and an overnight clothes drying system in the bathroom).

This stay was just amazing. The director and his team are so kind and helpful. The apartment was spacious, very stylish and clean. I have never stayed in a more cleaner and nicer apartment.
Staying at Kyoto Four Sisters Residence felt like home away from home. Comfortable beds, sparkling clean rooms, & all the modern amenities to make a very comfortable stay.
