We were only one night there but Andy was really nice to us. He can speak english very well. There was a dispenser so we didn’t have to buy mineral water.
Location is near to Seoul Station which makes it great base for exploring city or for short term stay when needed to get easily on airport again. Staff is great in lead with Andy who gave us valuable information about local cousine and what to try to eat, and also some tips on what to see and what to do. It is good value for money
The area is near to the Sookmyung Women’s University Station exit 1 which is the same line as Myeongdong and Namdaemun (those who love to shop) and the place is easy to find. The staff were very helpful and speaks good english. If you have any difficulty, they will provide you with their assistance. The room was clean, has private bathroom and bunk bed. The bathroom was also clean with free shampoo and soap. The room also has a tv and hairdryer. Because of the area is near the Seoul station, travelling is easier and the place is value for the money.
Great location, very accessible everywhere in the city. Friendly staff. Clean and nice room. Best value for budget traveler like me 😊… Overall it was great!
They accommodation is basic guesthouse, but andy the manager is very friendly and helpful. The location is great, just 10-15 minutes walk from exit 12 of seoul station. The nearby university area is good for restaurants and cafes. The wifi in the room is good. There is access to hot and cold drinking water, a microwave and a refrigerator. Within the room there is a TV with a large number of channels and a working AC. The stay was comfortable.
Korstay was a super awesome experience. Andy is a really nice guy and great manager to this small, but comfortable hostel. Each room has a private bathroom, and separate wifi, and we never heard any of our neighbors so the walls seem to be decent as well. Area is amazing; literally steps away from the subway, as well as several restaurants and shops. We had a great time at Korstay!
Andy the manager was very kind and helpful. Big breakfast was provided to make by ourselves.Less than 5 minutes from nearest subway station.
Our stay at Korstay was great, especially for the price we paid – Andy was a welcoming and helpful manager, the location near Seoul station was perfect, facilities & bed provided were fine as well.
Andy, the owner and point of contact for Korstay was the best host you could ask for when staying in a new country for the first time. He was very helpful, not only when we had questions about Seoul, but even before he arrived he sent a detailed email telling us about travel from the airport, the address (essential for filling in airport forms) and the location of the guest house. He was always happy to help, and was a very welcoming presence that helped us relax and enjoy our stay to the max.
