The staff were friendly and speak english. The bfast was not much but im not complaining, it was good! The location is A+, a few steps away from subway that runs 3 lines! The area was more on a traditional side and i very much like it! visit ikseon dong; a traditional neighborhood, its so near and not as crowded as bukchon hanok, with lots of cute cafes. Oh, and i like the smell once you enter the hotel.
Perfect location! Really convenient. Easy to go to anywhere in the city including airport. Really friendly staff too!
Location of the property was not too far from centre and getting around etc. Staff were really helpful and polite, good customer service.
Breakfast included! One of the best words that you can ever hear. Clean sheets, comfy blanket, a good mattress… the only thing is that you can see almost everything that is happening in the bathroom haha but the room was really good, and the people really nice. Also, you have laundry service for free and a lot of good places to eat are close (Or buy stuff). If you want to go to the subway you just have to walk a little bit until you get to the main street and that’s it, a station right in front of you.

I liked everything. Real reasons were location, offered amenities and staff co-operation.
The next few nights of stay were spent at the third level and the facilities were sooo much better. The room smelled way better. Everything was good. But the room was still small.
