Friendly staff and can communicate well in mandarin & english, provided very useful & detailed information for us plan the daily itinerary. This is kind of B&B that I don’t expect service will be available during mid-night. Surprisingly I whatsapp the staff the need in midnight and they responded to me in 30 min… Super responsive. The staff / guesthouse owner give us a vitamin C candy every morning that completely make you feel staying at home.
The hostess speaks mandarin well and is very helpful in providing valuable suggestions and directions to our tour. Good hospitality and lovely room. Friendly staff.
スタッフの人がとても優しくて過ごしやすかったです。宅配もしてもらい冷蔵庫も利用できるのでとても便利で助かりました！キャリーケースを運んでもらったり、帰りは弘大駅まで送迎してもらったり感謝しきれないくらいでした。また必ず利用したいと思います！
■チェックイン■ 通常チェックインの時間が14時だった所、私が11時頃到着するので荷物だけ預けておいて貰いたいと事前に連絡をしていました。すると当日は、私の到着に合わせて清掃を終わらせておいてくれ、11時には部屋に入ることができました。荷物を部屋に置けることで、荷物整理ができる上、一休みできたのが本当に良かったです！ ■部屋はとってもキレイ！■ とにかく部屋がキレイで、潔癖気味の私でも全く気になる点はありませんでした。部屋にシャワールームと洗面台がついているタイプで、水周りもとてもキレイに掃除されていました。 トイレは共同で使用しましたが、トイレもとてもキレイでした！ ■嬉しいポイント■ 自分専用のスリッパが用意されています。他人とバラバラにならないように、しっかり靴箱が管理されています。 また、部屋に箱ティッシュがありました！何軒かのゲストハウスに宿泊した事がありますが、ポケットティッシュだったり、紙質がザラザラしたものだったり、部屋にティッシュ自体がなかったりと、些細だけど小さな所に不具合を感じていました。なので箱ティッシュが普通に置いてあることに感動しました！ ■2匹の猫ちゃんに癒される■ 人懐っこい猫が2匹いて、とても癒されます。ネコジャラシを貸してくれるので、遊ぶこともできます。部屋に連れていってもいいよ、とスタッフの方が声をかけてくれました。まさかゲストハウスでこんな経験ができるなんて思いませんでした(笑) スタッフの方が若めの女性数人で、女性ならではの細かな配慮がされた清潔感のあるゲストハウスだと思いました！とにかくスタッフの皆さんが親切で、私達の要望に耳を傾けてくれる姿勢に好感を持てました。 是非またここに宿泊したいです！ とてもオススメのゲストハウスです！
床很舒適，到地鐵的距離很近~~ 地鐵至民宿沿路及同站的出口附近非常熱鬧 很多商店及吃的逛的 多晚回家都不會餓肚子
初めての韓国旅行、未成年同士でも同意書があれば泊まれましたし、分からないことだらけで問い合わせを何回しても対応よく返信を下さいました(；＿；)また行きたいです！ありがとうございました！
スタッフさんがすごく親切！ カイロくれたりビタミンくれたり、帰りにはお土産も。本当に嬉しかったです。セキュリティもしっかりしてるし、コスパも最高でした。猫ちゃんがいるので猫好きさんにもおすすめ。
乾淨整齊，出門時老闆跟員工都會問去哪，然後給點建議，去的時候天氣有點涼，還貼心的給我維他命C糖片，最後一晚還附上小紙條、面膜跟貓貓的明信片，很窩心。早餐時間到10:30，適合我這種不喜歡早起的人。員工都很nice，很願意幫忙 🙂 房間雖小，但五臟俱全，距離弘大地鐵3號出口蠻近的
清潔で、スタッフの方も親切で 申し分ないほどでした！日本語対応なのがすごく助かりました！忘れ物もわざわざ日本まで郵送していただいた上に、おまけのビタミン剤までいただいてしまって、、（ ; ; ） 次回も絶対に泊まりたい！と思えるほどでした♪
