Good value for money budget hotel. Clean. Big room. Free WiFi (although do not expect access to Google, Facebook, and some other popular applications – it is banned in China).

We were able to speak basic english with the staff. There were hair dryer and big beds. Suermarket close nearby and not far from the centre.
The price was very affordable for a long-term stay in Shanghai. If you are on a strict, personal budget, this would be a good place to book. Anything on the Puxi side will cost you an arm and a leg. The security staff outside the hotel are very friendly, can teach you Chinese words, and were helpful regarding directions and flagging down taxi’s that don’t like to stop for foreigners.
I like the peaceful atmosphere there no disturbance from adjecent rooms
Just 15 min. walk from metro station 4 Tangqiao on Pudong avenue and metro stations 4 and 6 on Pudian road. Room is pretty clean and spacious, bathroom ok. There is the electric kettle with tea bags and bottles of water.
Floors, 5 and 6 , so you can find no street sounds. Big room.
I love the location. Nearby the grocery stores and affordable restaurants.
