Nothing! mordern table! poor breakfast! i never find this hotel for value.
It starts with the access from the carpark……dreadful, especially with luggage. And if you are travelling, you usually have some! But after struggling to reception with bags, you are greeted with simultaneous hand gestures(only) from staff members.Then, after completing the necessary paperwork with the assistance of 3 or 4 of those staff members ( there were no other guests being attended to), you are ushered off to your room with a staff member who directs you to the elevator, presses the button for your floor but treats the luggage that my partner and I are struggling with as if it has a contagious disease. The rest is similar to the start of this stay…..the rooms are shabby, the air conditioner is extremely noisy, and breakfast was a reflection of quality of this hotel……..tired,cold, uninspiring and waiting to be removed. Give it a miss……the sooner it is demolished and put out of its misery the better.
The location of the hotel is good. It is easy to access to the city.
The hotel location is very good. Near shopping centers, Major cineplex, central plaza, chatuchak market, jj green market, although main tourist attractions are far away . The hotel is situated in huge high rise building called elephant tower. The room on 16th floor was bright and clean with a fantastic city view. The bed was really comfortable. Bathroom was spacious with separate shower. This is a very good price for the hotel in Bangkok.

Staff were kind, Room was clean, Location was close to union mall just less than 15 mins walking. Breakfast was good. Elevator was good. If you are looking for a clean budget hotel I advise you this one.
