The bed was very comfortable, nice fluffy pillows. The rooftop bar was fantastic. The reception area was spacious and welcoming. The swimming pool facilities were superb. Good location. Friendly staff.
Food and buffet was excellent and great value for money. Staff on reception and in the 4th floor restaurant were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
All the Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

I was there to work, and I had a pretty productive stay. The long and spacious desk was perfect for working, wifi was decent enough for browsing and emails (2mbps on speedtest), the complimentary snack bar was fantastic – drip coffee, nuts, coke, sprite and sweet biscuits. The bed was nice and firm, blackout curtains were good. The staff were very helpful – when I asked for directions, lent me an umbrella, did my wake up call, checked me out swiftly.
Very comfortable large room perfect for our family with 12 and 14 year old boys. Plenty of room to relax in your own space. Extremely convenient to catch a train to the hotel. Only a very short trip straight from the hotel to terminal 3 for us! And a very short walk to the hotel. Very close walking distance to shopping centre and large Carrefour supermarket. Many restaurants just across the road which were great quality and excellently priced!! Close to docks, so very easy to catch a Dhow for 2 Dirhams to the old souks. Make sure you book for the Rayna desert safari at reception. I was a little sceptical that it could be any good for essentially 70AUD or less, for 6 hours. Was the best value for money and our driver Guldad was an amazing maniac on the dunes!!!
