Staff good, very helpful in helping us with local info and onward journey
The bed was very comfortable, nice fluffy pillows. The rooftop bar was fantastic. The reception area was spacious and welcoming. The swimming pool facilities were superb. Good location. Friendly staff.
Food and buffet was excellent and great value for money. Staff on reception and in the 4th floor restaurant were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
All the Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
It was a lovely time away. The staff were pleasant, the facilities were clean and I was able to easily get to where I needed to.

Facilities are great, friendly staff Overall, it one of the best hotels in Makati
I was there to work, and I had a pretty productive stay. The long and spacious desk was perfect for working, wifi was decent enough for browsing and emails (2mbps on speedtest), the complimentary snack bar was fantastic – drip coffee, nuts, coke, sprite and sweet biscuits. The bed was nice and firm, blackout curtains were good. The staff were very helpful – when I asked for directions, lent me an umbrella, did my wake up call, checked me out swiftly.
