Not centered in Berlin so there were many parking spots available near the hotel
The room was big and quite new. The bathroom was also big and the bed was very comfortable.

nice 1 year old property but quite far from the center of Berlin, I guess around 15 kilometers. Vzery friendly staff, beautiful room, absolute good hotel.
I really enjoyed the room itself, it was bigger than the room I currently live in, the on suite was nice and easy to use. The beds were super comfortable, and the room was always the right temperature. The lighting was perfect and the plug sockets wrre right next to the bed to allow for easy phone charging. The staff were super helpful and friendly, they spoke excellent english which helped as I do not speak much German. The hotel also allowed to to buy some food and drink which was great as I could get it at anytime. The hotel was in such a nice area, and the staff always suggested places to eat or vist when I asked. The hotel and streets where clean and a pleasure to walk in. I would 100% go again, if i got the chance.
Arriving here at night from the airport is very difficult. A taxi cost us 30 Euro from schonefeld. In the day time there is a direct bus so it isn’t so bad. The reception is 24 hours at least… which is just as well as we were delayed on arrival to Berlin. Advertised breakfast is expensive but you can actually grab a lovely coffee for just 1 Euro fifty cents from the hotel’s cafe.
We have stayed here twice now and find it ideal when flying in to Schoenefeld for a show in Berlin or as our hotel of choice when on the road/on tour. Rooms are comfortable and clean, staff are friendly and helpful. Parking is on site (€5 extra) and secure enough, wi-fi is free and works fine for all your basic needs.
The service was excellent! E.g. my wife needs a special diet and they went out of their way to find what she needed for breakfast, something we are very grateful for. Also, even though the hotel is not in the center of the city it is very well located and it has a parking lot in the back and a tram stop in front of it. Whenever we go back to Berlin we will want to return to this hotel.
I stayed there for 5 weeks. The toilet kept bursting & my room smelled like faeces. Heating didn’t work, and you had to order porridge or egg the night before for breakfast otherwise you went hungry.
