The hotel reception and area around the hotel was much more attractive than it appears in the pictures. Large bedroom with large balcony giving superb view of mountains. Beautiful indoor pool with view (but you need to be careful on the floor which is very slippery). The staff were very friendly and pleasant but there are some inefficiencies in the system. We ate in two of the restaurants and the food was outstanding and reasonably priced in both of them. Lovely views from restaurant and terraces. Could walk straight from the back of the hotel up a mountain or use the chairlift.

Loved the traditional extras and having a bed made for us but it is getting dated and wall paper is starting to peel etc. fantastic location though.
Lovely hotel near Blue Mosque and SultanAhmed. The owner is very nice and always eager to help. The room was clean and with a nice view to Bosphorus (Warshaw room alt 2nd floor). For sure we will reccommend this hotel to our friends and we will come back soon 😉 The breakfast was very good, with a nice view over the sea.

The location is good to get to the center of Bogota. I stayed here for an event that was being held at the hotel and it was comfortable, quiet. Good breakfast.
We selected this hotel based on the category of 4 stars hotel, but unfortunately as per my experience I wouldnt give it even a single star!! They have poor service comparing to the cost, no kettles in the room, the towels was not cleane at all,the toilet door has no lock , the blanket was so old and worn!! It was very bad experience.
The single room is perfect for people traveling alone. It’s clean and comfy, has everything you need. The location is great. Perfect quality for the price. The host is great as well.
Front desk gentleman was very patient with a cranky guest ahead of us.
Nice apartment. Host was incredibly friendly and informative about the area and recommended restaurants, museums, areas and eateries for us. Really lovely guy! Great location; short walk to train station and very central. Obviously all of venice is beautiful so the appearance of the neighbourhood was gorgeous, like something straight out of a film set!
