The beds were very comfy. Enjoyed the view from our window. Staff were helpful and courteous.
Great location , right beside the exit B of the Beijing station of the line two …and good breakfast with Chinese and western styles meals. Clean rooms and friendly staff that speaks very fluent English. Always trying to help you with anything, even the concierge was really helpful at getting us a taxi and everything. Nearby there are also quite convenient places to eat such as WAGAS, where thy have amazing natural juices and healthy options ( which is great is led you don’t like Chinese food ). Great stay!!!!

The staff are great, but there is a real lack of management around. Staff even admitted that management is often not on duty! So one hand often don’t know what the other hand is doing. Great location in the center of town right next to Beijing Train Station and more importantly, to its subway stop. Subway is absolutely the best way to get around in Beijing. Fantastic lunch of cream of mushroom soup and a delicious tuna ciabatta. I recommend this hotel.
1) Locaion is a key plus, only 2 min walk to subway station. I had absolutely everything that I need from decent-sized supermarket downstairs the Henderson mall near the hotel. A lot of fast food eateries (KFC. MacD and some Chinese ones) 2) Stuff is friendly and helpful, I requested an early check-in in advance because of my early flight and was booked in at 8 AM. Thanks a lot for that! 3) Cozy bed, safe, iron+ironing facilities
