The Staff was really helpful and kind. Internet didnt work so they installed a router for our room. They had free shuttle bus for Convention Center. Breakfast was pretty good
I had meetings near the area so the location for me was good. Some shopping and food court available near by. But very far from what Shanghai can offer you.
The bed was very comfortable and the room very spacious
Only stayed here one night as we missed our train from Hongqiao so we had to travel the next day. Anyway, it’s a glorious looking hotel and being from England if i was to stay in a similar standard hotel in my country it would cost at least three times the price. It’s very clean, the rooms are huge and it has everything you’d need and more. The one complaint is that we couldn’t go in the restaurant in the morning if we weren’t having breakfast. We only wanted a coffee but apparently that isn’t impossible?!
Very Enjoyable Breakfast (thick sliced toast) and comfortable beds. Close to the Train Station.

I like the fact that they have shuttle bus to the HSR station. The staff were very helpful. The room was comfortable and clean.
It has nice ambience and is convinient due to its proximity to Expo Center , Airport and Main Railway Station.
The position in case you shall go to the exhbition center or slep nearby the airport or train station
