The staff were all wonderful – pleasant and polite! The breakfast was also very good and they let you have as much as want; the staff was constantly asking if we needed more coffee or croissants etc. The view from our room was stunning and the location is absolutely perfect – I could walk to all important sites/major landmarks within 15 minutes
I liked the building, the lift , the staff and location. We had a triple room and there was enough closet space.
Hotel is close to every place of interest, and it is easy to get to food areas. Customer service was great, polite and nice and must emphasise that host guy was really friendly and courteous,
Amazing location, around the corner from Piazza Navona. Lovely views from the rooms and a beautiful rustic elevator. Lovely staff that helped with everything. The beds were comfortable.
The free breakfast was generous. Cappuccino, fruit, pastries and cold cuts was a good way to start the mornings. Housekeeping girls were very friendly, Daniel and the other gentleman at reception were polite and cheery. Just behind Piazza Navona, had a news stand in front to buy bus tickets. Walking distance to lots of sights.

Reception staff OK.Hotel a bit antiquated.Breakfast OK.Beds comfortable.Excellent location. Please note…we were all adult members of the same family…mother and 2 adult daughters….and shared a triple room which was quite good value.

The hotel is located in the heart of Rome. Honestly, you can go to wherever you want, visit whatever you want, and it won’t take more than 20 min walking.
