Free drink on arrival, just what we needed! Staff and owner very helpful and attentive. Lots of choice for breakfast, caters for everyone. Eating mandarins fresh from the tree. Very nice secure place to stay.
The hotel is fine, too much furniture in the room. Looks a bit old but service is great, breakfast is complete and personnel friendly and always hoping to help

We enjoyed our stay very much in Hotel Oliva. The food was great, especially, the breakfast was perfect in terms of variety, quality and quantity. We chose the half board option, and the dinner was also good with 3 courses (soup, main course and dessert). The restaurant part of the hotel is a charming olive garden, we really liked to spend our meals there. The personnel was very kind and attentive.

Very friendly owner and staff. Close to bus station (15 min walk) and to beach (10 min walk). Breakfast is great and included in the prices. We had dinner there as well and it was delicious. Rooms are clean and nice with a balcony. There is a close supermarket and a plenty of good cafes/restaurants around. Definitely recommend everyone who is visiting Budva. Good value for money. Owner let us had a shower as we had a late flight and had to time to go to beach and swim after we checked out.
Breakfast is served in the beautiful courtyard surrounded by olive trees (hence the name I guess). The staff is also really nice.
The garden with several olive trees where, at our arrival, the staff served us a welcome drink. The staff is very kind and helpful. Private parking available when needed. Position is good, 20 min nice walking (along the promenade) from the old town.

The apartment has to be one of the easiest location to get to inside the Old Town, especially if you have large bags. The view from our window into the Stradun (the main promenade) was amazing. Windows were soundproof. Place was very clean. Wifi worked great. Communication with host Ana and her father Milo was smooth.
