It my my expectations and needs.nice hotel for a week enf
A warm welcome (in very good English) at reception. A lift to all floors. Clean and warm.
Neighbourhood proximity to museums proximity to street market walking distance to most sights small room, but well appointed good wifi
They got gluten free bread in especially for me and gave my sister and I a room change without any fuss. My sister hurt her back whilst on the tram and the night manager was so considerate and helpful. We felt well looked after by all the staff.
