Everyone in reception here can speak English well, they are very warm and helpful. The location is good.
It is a good location. Not far to walk to Red Square. Lots of eating places nearby. Staff are young, cool, and good english. We needed this, as many people dont speak good english in Moscow, and many signs are in russian only. They organised our taxt to the airport when we left and we paid about 1/4 of what taxi drivers charged us on the street.
Location: walking distance to kremlin, red square, Bolshoi, Lubjanka, and many other attractions. Rooms made with prominent wood providing a russian forest experience.

This Hotel has the best location. It was so clean. Our room had separate clean bathroom. And there was one shared bathroom. Igor was so helpful also speaks english fluently.
The transportation is very convenient,1min to the metro. I can walk to places of interest like Kremlin. The room is very clean quiet and cozy. Many resturants and shops are around it. It is the best hotel that i lived in in Russia. If i visit Moscow next time i would like to choose it again.
The helpfulness of staff, when in need of a dentist one of the staff accompanied me as an interpreter, what wonderful service! in all fields the staff were very good. Hotel is very handy to all sights, within walking distance.
