The desk staff were gruff, sexist, unaccommodating. There was just one young girl in her teens who has handling massive bags of laundry. She was making sounds as if she was out of breath or in pain. This establishment needs to be shut down.

Clean modern quiet comfortable room with a great shower .. Friendly professional staff. Free fruit & coffee at the reception was also a nice touch.

the staff was very friendly, professional and considered. The lady at the reception changed without problem my booked room with one of the ones having a terrace , after I did find out about it and ask her , despite me having loaded already my language in the assigned room. We were also very friendly served by the lady at the bar,asking her for wine glasses to take to the room…overall a wonderful stay !!
