The bed was huge and very comfortable. Toiletries were replenished each day. Lovely fluffy towels. Excellent location. Right in the centre. Staff helpful.

Location just 200m from the Sol square and loads of different restaurants was fantastic.
Booking did not refund our room charge for the first night. We could not get to the Hotel because of police barricades. Our taxi driver tried for 2 hours to get around the barricades. He then called the hotel which suggested we take the train! We had luggage and it was not safe to walk there from the train. The kind cab driver took us to another hotel where we stayed the first night. We went to the Hotel Liabeny the next day to keep our reservation. We asked them to not charge us for the night we could not get there and they refused saying it was Booking’s responsibility. I called Booking and they made one call to the hotel and reported that we would have to pay the 185 charge. We found that almost every weekend there are barricades in that area and neither the hotel or Booking have warned customers about the possibility of being unable to get to the Hotel.
Room was perfect for what I needed – Location is amazing!
