-great quality for the price -friendly and helpful reception staff and security, always greeted with a smile -helped in Spanish and then English if we got stuck 🙂 -nice spacious rooms, good shower, nice buffet breakfast -great view of the Huaca Pucllana ruins from the room and even better from the breakfast room on 9th floor -felt very secure

The attention to the arrival to the hotel, during the stay and to retire were very good. All the staff are very cordial, the facilities are clean and the atmosphere welcoming. It should be noted that the breakfast buffet was delicious and was very varied.
The staff were very helpful, they were able to help us decipher the transport system in Lima. The Spanish was simple and spoken clearly and slowly.
