Coffee in the coffee house around the corner was very good.
Location was ideal. Room was cleaned every day and was spacious. Private bathroom was well worth paying a little extra for.
The check-in point is very near to one stop of the water bus, we spent two nights there. Overall it is value for money.
No breakfast, but room had been upgraded before my arrival which was a nice surprise! Very simple, but safe.
The staff was really nice, the location is just perfect!! We really enjoyed our stay in Venice!
The staff in the other hotel where you collect keys is very friendly, its just strange how there is no one on reception in the actual hotel where I was staying…and no staff! Was a bit creepy. But the hotel is situated close to the high street and vaporetto! So that’s great.

Nice little hotel in a great area..about 10 minutes walk to train and bus station a couple of minutes to vaproretto stop also walking distance to St Marks. Lots of shops resturants and cafes around also a couple of supermarkets. The hotel was very clean with a nice bathroom and excellent Wi-Fi
