We don’t eat bacon. We did have the Dutch pancakes both days and they were excellent.
The location was perfect. Quite residential neighborhood. Close to the museums, tram stops and restaurants. The rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained. The largest plus of this hotel was the desk manager Thomas. His ability to help us with tickets, suggestions for dinner were invaluable. His efforts made our Amsterdam stay much more than it would have been without his help and advise.
They staff was very nice and super helpful with plenty of tips of where to go and what to eat (in all price ranges too, which was really refreshing). We were happy to be able to rent bikes right from the front desk for a very reasonable rate (I even rate checked in the area and it was worth it). I also loved that they had an "honesty" policy – make yourself a drink and then fill out a slip and they will add it to your bill.
Facilities great, location brilliant (for museums) and staff excellent.
The women at reception were extremely helpful! I left my laptop on the tram and she went out of there way to help me relocate it. 😊 The Hotel in a great location if you like shopping particularly designer shopping you’ll be in heaven! The Hotel was really great decor very good size room and a jacuzzi bath😊
This hotel is really good and well located – easly reached by Tram stop no. 2, at the Rijksmuseum stop. Situated in a slient neighborhood, you won´t have to deal with all the craziness of the city center.

Excellent location, close to museums, numerous dining choices and with a nice ambience. Tram line to the Central Station and city centre only 150 metres walk. Staff very helpful and rooms are well appointed.
The beds were comfortable, room size was good and just a generally nice hotel with good staff.
