A fantastic location in the middle of the city close to tourist spots and also to metro stops including Trindade metro station. Staff especially on reception were fantastic, very helpful on all occasions.
Excellent front desk staff. Great variety at breakfast. Scrambled eggs, bacon, yogurt, pastries, sliced cheese, sliced meats, fruit, etc. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious. The staff was very attentive.
Really close to the city center, tourist bus and city transport stops is 5 mins to walk . Friendly and helpful staff.

Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel rooms well appointed and of a good size. Good location near bus/train station, places of interest and hop-on/off buses to use for overall views of the city. A large city that grows on you, so worth a visit of at least a few days. The Historical Stream train ride and River cruise are musts for enjoyment and fun.
