The reception staffs are very friendly & helpful, rooms are kept very tidy and clean.
Everything was great, especially breakfast (there’s a wide choice and everything’s delicious)! The room was clean and spacious, and the price isn’t high:)
The stuff is VERY friendly and helps a lot. We had early check out (at 7-00) and the breakfast starts at 7. We asked a lady in the reception in advance to provide a take away breakfast and they did it. Also they are really friendly and helps with all questions that appeared. If you have some meetings in Comcity, it’s the best choice, as you can easily walk to the business center. There is a 24/7 grocery shop in 5 minutes walking distance. City center is half an hour away by subway (Rumantsevo is on the red subway line with easy access to all famous tourist places and several important railway stations).

Отель не плох. Достаточно чисто в номере. Служба размещения работает отлично, горничные идеально отгладили рубашки за разумную цену. Порадовало наличие зубной пасты и щетки в номере.
Не первый раз в этом отеле и не первый отзыв. Еще раз убедился, что это подходящее место, если вылет/прилет из Внуково. Тихо, чисто, приветливый персонал. Из за задержки рейса заселялись в 2 часа ночи. На заселение ушло 3-5 мину. На завтраках есть зерновой кофе, что для меня очень приятно.
Внимание и забота персонала гостиницы. Очень вкусный завтрак с большим ассортиментом блюд.
Я останавливалась в номере 801. Прекрасный 2-х местный удобный номер, вид из окна на осенний лес, комфортная тишина в номере. Белоснежный халат и тапочки, чистая ванная комната, удобная гардеробная и действительно мягкая кровать с теплым одеялом. Есть чайник и все чайно-кофейные атрибуты в номере, это очень удобно!
Home like atmosphere recreated. Wi-fi was great. Reception and tours guide were super.
