My room was nice, newly furnished, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Specially Ms. Leila in reception helped me a lot for my questions regarding how to travel around the city. Thanks to her.
The hotel staff were really nice. Especially the hotel pickups. I definitely recommend using the hotel drivers for a pick up from the airport instead of getting a taxi. It costs 7 euro from the airport to the hotel. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean and well designed. The hotel itself is not located anywhere amazing, but its close to the centre with a taxi (8 min drive). We realized that if you want a decent hotel in Sarajevo you will need to stay a bit away from the centre 😀
A small private hotel that meets the highest requirements. Breakfast is great, from croissants, through eggs in various ways, several types of cheese, ham. Beds are extremely comfortable. Towels are changed daily. Staff kindly and always at the service. WiFi is exellent.

The hotel is a new and well-managed structure located in the periphery of Sarajevo, but not too far from the center. The area is served by buses and trams, but it’s easy to reach the center even by car. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful, and breakfast is good and variuos. Wi-Fi is free and fast.
