The room was clean and cozy, a simple breakfast was offered in the morning with coffee and tea, I liked the presence of dining tables in the lobby so that I could chill inside before taking the train back to Tokyo.
Everything was EXCELLENT. The location was a little bit far from Kyoto station but not be affected.
For a solo traveller on a budget this hotel met my needs. Location was great, 5 mins walk from Kyoto Station Haicho West gate exit and next to Aeon Mall. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast is included but if you require a more substantial meal than toast and a boiled egg, places to eat are close by. Although rooms are small by some standards, they are clean and comfortable.
It was a clean and comfortable little room perfect for a solo traveler, and the location was fantastic.
The location is gteat and the cleanliness is super.

The shower was really hot and the bath was big. Also, the hotel provided shampoo/conditioner, body wash, toothbrush/toothpaste, sleeping gown, towels, etc. It was really close to the station, convenience stores and shopping mall too.
The food offered during breakfast hours was very good. We were pleased to have received breakfast when we had to check out at 4 AM by the lady working at the reception. The entire hotel staff was very polite, helpful, and nice.
