Excellent location in central Sarajevo. Probably the nicest hotel in the city centre. Within walking distance of Sarajevo’s main shopping and historic districts. Parking available on site, but must notify hotel in advance.
Highly recommended. The hotel was very comfortable, clean, and quiet. The location is excellent: there are a few stores in the immediate neighborhood; it’s also very close to the BBI Center (a rather large shopping mall in the city center), and a 10 minute walk to Baščaršija and the old town. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very rich and tasty.
Breakfast was awesome, high quality, lot to choose from, local deliacies, fresh press orange juice, etc. Reception girl polite, kind, gave info on whatever we asked.
I loved everything about the hotel and the friendly, helpful and efficient staff. I’ve recommended the hotel to any friends who visit Sarajevo. I have also booked another stay there in 2018.
I really can’t rave enough -- and I’ve never given a score this high before. I was traveling with my older father, and we were both absolutely blown away by the comfort of the rooms, quality of the bed and shower, quietness of the space, helpfulness and professionalism of the staff, and quality of the breakfast. All of which surpassed our modest expectations. This is the only place I will stay next time I’m in Sarajevo. Highest marks, across the board.
Nice staff. Rather sleeky room and design overall. All my special requests were met perfectly and I even had a small balcony as a bonus 🙂 PS: you should absolutely go eat burek at Koseva 20, on the same side as the hotel, couple of blocks up – possibly best in town!

Excellent room and all hotel facilities, very friendly staff, wonderful breakfast, walking distance to city center. I would strongly recommend the hotel.

Sanja went out of her way to make it a nice stay including early check in and ice cream in the freezer.. Wonderful view.. would definitely stay again.
